[ENROLLMENT FLOW]

  1. Choose course/class from list by clicking "BOOK" (You can see course detail by clicking "INFO")
  2. Choose number of participants(students) and click "Book" (Only 1 participant can be booked per booking)
  3. If it's popped up, select enrollment option either you will book full course or only a specific class and click "Ok". *If you would like to book single class(es) on specific date, please start by choosing a course for 1 class per week.
  4. Select your preferred payment method and click "Next".
  5. If you are already registered on this system before, click "Sign in". If you are first registrant, input participant's First name, Last name, Contact detail, Other required information and Password which is for sign in next time and click "Next". *Register Email address has to be unique, you cannot use same Email address for siblings. If you would like to use same Email address for siblings, please inform us by email to info[at]btshk.com (Please change "[at]" to "@" when you send email. ) with register Email address and Full names of all participants who will use same Email address for the registration.
  6. After you double checked your booking, click "Proceed Booking". *Your request won't send yet, you can see total amount on next page.
  7. At "Price" section, please double check your booking course/class(es) and Total amount. At "Optional payment" section, please select "pay now"(Credit Card or Paypal payment thru Paypal Gateway) or "pay later" (Bank Transfer/Cheque/Cash). Please read carefully "Cancellation policy" and "Terms and conditions", and then tick "I agree to the conditions and policies above". After then, click "Confirm booking!"（If you choose "pay later"） or "Pay now and confirm your booking!"（If you choose "pay now").
  8. [If you choose "pay now"(Credit Card or Paypal payment thru Paypal Gateway)]You will move to Paypal website. Please pay by Credit Card or Paypal account.[If you choose "pay later" (Bank Transfer/Cheque/Cash/PayMe)]You will receive confirmation Email. Please make full payment on or before the first training day, and inform by email to info[at]btshk.com. (Please change "[at]" to "@" when you send email. ) We will reply your email for confirm your booking.
  1. 下記のリストからご希望のコースの右端にある "BOOK" ボタンをクリックしてください。 ("INFO" ボタンをクリックするとコースの詳細が閲覧できます)
  2. 参加者の人数"1"を選択し "Book" ボタンをクリックしてください。 (1回のお申し込みつき、お一人ずつの申し込みになります)
  3. 1 class per weekのコースをお申し込みになると、コース全体を申し込むのか特定の1クラスを申し込むかのプルダウンメニューが表示されますので、該当メニューを選択して "Ok" ボタンをクリックしてください。 *特定の日程の1クラスのみをお申し込みになる方は、 1 class per week のコースを最初に選択してください。
  4. ご希望のお支払い方法を選択して "Next" ボタンをクリックしてください。
  5. 以前にお申し込みをされた方は、"Sign in" ボタンをクリックしてご登録済みのEmailとパスワードを入力してお進みください。初めてお申し込みをされる方は、必要事項を入力して "Next" ボタンをクリックしてください。お申し込みは参加者（生徒）のお名前をご入力ください。 （ご兄弟／姉妹で参加される方は、お一人ずつ申し込みをしてください。登録には各生徒異なるメールアドレスが必要ですが、同じメールアドレスを使用されたい場合は、info[at]btshk.com ( "[at]" を "@" に変えて送信ください) まで、登録するメールアドレスと、その同じメールアドレスを使用する参加者全員の英語でのフルネームを記載して、ご連絡ください。）
  6. お申し込み内容をご確認の上、 "Proceed Booking" ボタンをクリックしてください。（まだ内容は送信されません。次のページで合計金額が表示されます。）
  7. "Price"欄にて、お申し込み内容と合計金額をご確認ください。"Optional payment"欄にて"pay now"（クレジットカード/Paypalでのお支払い）もしくは"pay later"（銀行振込/小切手/現金）を選択してください。"Cancellation policy"と"Terms and conditions"をよくお読みいただき、"I agree to the conditions and policies above" にチェックをし、"Confirm booking!"（"pay later"の場合）もしくは"Pay now and confirm your booking!"（"pay now"の場合）ボタンをクリックしてください。
  8. ["pay now"（クレジットカード/Paypalでのお支払い）を選んだ場合]Paypalのウェブサイトに移動しますので、クレジットカードまたはPaypalアカウントでお支払いください。["pay later"（銀行振込/小切手/現金/PayMe））を選んだ場合]お申し込み内容はご登録のEmailに送信されますので、メールが届いているかご確認ください。お申し込みのクラスの開始日までに、お支払い完了をお願いいたします。お支払いいただきましたら、 info[at]btshk.com ( "[at]" を "@" に変えて送信ください) までメールにてご連絡ください。ご連絡をいただきましたら、メールにてお申し込み完了のご連絡を差し上げます。
  1. 通過點擊 "BOOK" 從列表中選擇課程/班級（點擊 "INFO" 查看課程詳細信息）
  2. 選擇參加人數（學生），點擊 "Book"（每次只能預訂1名參加者）
  3. 下拉菜單顯示時，請選擇報名選項，預訂整個課程還是特定課程，然後點擊 "Ok"。 *如果您想在特定日期預訂單節課，請先選擇 每週 1 節課的課程。
  4. 選擇付款方式，然後點擊 "Next" 。
  5. 如之前已經在此系統上註冊過，請點擊 "Sign in" 。第一次註冊者，請輸入参加者的名字、姓氏、聯繫方式、其他必填信息和下次登錄的密碼，然後點擊 "Next"。 *註冊電郵地址必須是唯一的，兄弟姐妹不能使用相同的電郵地址。如果想為兄弟姐妹使用相同的電郵地址，請通過電子郵件info[at]btshk.com （發送電子郵件時請將“[at]”更改為“@”。）通知我們所使用的相同電郵地址以及所有使用其電郵地址的報名參加者的全名。
  6. 檢查預訂資料後，點擊 "Proceed Booking"。*訂單此時尚未發送，總金額會在下一頁顯示。
  7. 在“Price”欄，請仔細檢查預訂課程/班級和總金額。在“Optional payment”欄，請選擇“pay now”（信用卡或Paypal 通過 Paypal Gateway 付款）或“pay later”（銀行轉賬/支票/現金）。 請仔細閱讀“Cancellation policy”和“Terms and conditions”，然後點擊“I agree to the conditions and policies above”。之後，點擊 "Confirm booking!"（如果選擇“pay later”）或"Pay now and confirm your booking!"（如果選擇“pay now”）。
  8. [如果您選擇“pay now”（信用卡或 Paypal 通過 Paypal Gateway 付款）]您將轉到 Paypal 網站。請使用信用卡或 Paypal 帳戶付款。[如果您選擇“pay later”（銀行轉賬/支票/現金/PayMe）]將收到確認電子郵件。請在訓練班第一天或之前全額付款，並通過電子郵件通知info[at]btshk.com。（請在發送電子郵件時將“[at]”更改為“@”。）我們將回复您的電子郵件以確認預訂。
